Please note: weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders are typically despatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a despatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Will I know when my delivery is due?

Most carriers will notify you via email or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time.

Will I need to be at home when my order is delivered?

A signature may be required upon delivery of some orders. You will be notified of this in your despatch confirmation email and/or by the courier directly.

What if I’m not in when the carrier attempts to deliver my order?

The carrier will post a ‘you were not home’ card which will include their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery directly with them. Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us with further instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, then please refuse delivery and/or contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if my order is not delivered within the promised timeframes?

If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order within the given timeframe, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order.
